Returns

Our policies are valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds will be given (if applicable)

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.

Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund can be issued.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, special priced items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace defective or damaged items. If you need it replaced with a different size. Please contact us

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver, who will be aware of your return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping charges for the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
