We understand the importance of the delivery schedule to our customers. We offer the following delivery services especially for you.

Processing time: order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders will be sent to the manufacturer for shipment within 24 hours of the order being placed. Manufacturer and courier process the order, which takes an additional 1-2 days.

Please note: Always check the status of your order. If your order has not been received for more than 30 days, please contact us to process it for you!

How long does it take for delivery?

Your order will be delivered according to the carrier and shipping destination you selected when placing your order. In some cases, delays may be due to reasons beyond our control (customs, traffic, accidents, weather, etc.). When you are ready to place your order, we will send you an email notifying you that your order has been shipped and we will include a link to the delivery company so you can track your shipment.

How will my package be delivered?

When you place your order, you can select shipping options after adding all items to your cart. We will ship your order via the courier of your choice and you will receive tracking information by email. You can also find all information about your order at any time by logging into your My Account.

What happens when my package arrives if I am not at home?

If the package has no recipient, the driver will try to redeliver it, send your package to a neighbor's house, or send it safely to a local post office or warehouse.
